We need to seriously replace linking on the web. URL linking does not work. Period.

Sorry for my lack of context: I am referring to hyperlinking. Specifically, creating hard links in docs, like a Zettelkasten, This makes my ZK notes dependent on my domain or file structure (if I use paths as links). I’m new to nostr and was wondering if you can link to something like a global event/note. I guess you’ll have to cache the entire ZK locally to have full searchability also.
