My allergies ease after using my Joovv - red light therapy. You can buy smaller devises which go up your nose for a more direct treatment which are also good!

Red light therapy uses red light and near-infrared light to stimulate healing and well-being.

I highly recommend red light therapy, I sit in-front of mine every morning.
