Guy at my church is big into Muy Thai. He got to attend a lecture/training session with Saenchai... Who is considered the GOAT Muy Thai fighter. It's intense.

Yes, intense!

I was worried at first, but he seems to really enjoy it. Also, he practiced it with one of his best friends.
