I didn’t have many people to follow or much content to see when I first joined either. All I can advise is to go to people you follow and check out who they follow, see who they repost etc. if someone comments on something you comment on then check their profile and see if you gel

Other than that you can hit global/search/universe (whatever you client calls it) and search for hashtags you care about.

#grownostr is a good start as it will be random content and will likely show you other hashtags
