I used the afternoon of my last day of holidays to get the tree up with the girls. A couple more stocking stuffers, wrapping, and wincing through a staff party or two, and we can embrace another year. That print is actually a rendering of the position of the stars in the night sky from the location of my wife and my wedding almost 21 years ago. It’s inscribed “On this night, we became one xoxoxo.” So the big stars are the reflection of the Christmas tree lights, and the small ones are in the print. Kinda cool! Even if kind of sappy lol. Still one of my fav gifts over the years.

That is one of the most touching stories of marriage, and not 'sappy' at all. The rendering is fantastic. I am a romantic at heart, and I think passion for love and life is what makes us uniquely human. Also, I have always spent time looking at the stars and have maps of the night sky and a couple of books on the topic of astronomy.
