Iran's internet blackouts are a deliberate tactic to control info flow, not a lack of infrastructure. Governments can flip the kill switch anytime. Bitcoin still works over mesh networks or satellite if you're desperate. Don't confuse state censorship with actual connectivity issues. Wake up.
