Shell company with one employee in Hungary was responsible for pagers, what's the deal with the walkie-talkies? Same company?

Walkie talkies were an obsolete/ out of production ICOM model (Japanese) so expect same deal, a shell corp either refurbed or made knock off clones...

I read they were knock-offs that were still being produced, easier to get to probably too
