I agree, it would great to be able to show video durations and adjust sizing based on dimensions.
I have seen bitrate used somewhere, but afaik it's not defined in a NIP, is it? Should we put it into NIP-94?

Yea im including it in the tags, its already defined in the nips, nostr.download is returning the bitrate tag
Yeah I threw this out and it’s a draft. I think we should be iterating on and improving the media nips.
