I've been lacto-ova, pescatarian/ vegetarian since 1986. I've been reading labels for a long time. Canola just showed up in 2010 and then went out of control in 2019.
All my favorite junk foods are no more and I'm grateful for people on Twitter who pointed out the seed oil nonsense.
Less to no processed, Nutrient dense foods will keep you out of the hospital and pig pharma pockets.
Cocaine, white flour and sugar are all processed the same way and affect the same part of the brain.

If you source your food from the grocery store then yes, it is shit. If it's from the land it is good and nutrient dense.
