is there no downside to crowding like that?
You don’t want to overlap them or pile them on top of each other. The more you fill it the longer it will take to dry. But I have to get as much capacity out of each run as I can so I try to cover all the surface area.

i would try to freeze dry everything.
I wonder if ramp powder would be any good.
