We try to do this. Some wallets are motivated to create PoS, some accepting gift cards, and a few to program the cards.

We have forked Blue Wallet and LndHub to create Bolt Card Wallet and Bolt Card Hub (server side) which are available now.

Ya already got those and it's awesome =3 mentioning WoS for example as to not deal with setting up my own LN node/channels.
Don't hold your breath on that one. WoS are not interested in implementing card programming. They do have a nice PoS with bolt card function though.
Lighting wallet apps could do a virtual bolt card function also.
We love Bolt card! It would be cool to be able to program them through WoS.

Blink Wallet is the most likely to do this soon imho.
That's a shame. Even though it got so much better and fun thanks to you guys. Hopefully wallets get interested in supporting it in the future.
