Buyers!!! YOU can dictate the terms in your agreement with a real estate agent who is showing you homes.

I get it, it's not easy to sign a contract to go look at homes with someone you may not know well or trust that they can do a good job representing you - so know you can choose to have an agreement for just one day to see one house if you want.
