There's one thing he's forgetting:

Thou are not a U.S citizen to begin with, thou owns a U.S citizen. Thou has a sole proprietorship over their U.S citizen.

Whenever a letter is addressed in ALL CAPS it is to the U.S citizen. The word "you" is plural, so if John Smith answers "yes" to the question "Are you JOHN SMITH?" that means he has taken the fall for the corporation because he thinks it is him. That is why I used "thou" in the last few sentences.
