I agree in most of your points and i also try to but i have a trust problem with cash app and strike. I prefer non custodial. Additionally it is not available everywhere.

regardless, Bitcoin is P2P. As long as you can exchange fiat for G&S you can exchange Fiat for Bitcoin with other Bitcoiners that need the fiat for certain G&SI was just using strike and cash app as an example because they make it really easy. And Strikes plan is certainly to be global.
