In a couple years of years I potentially might be producing so much I thought about a stand at the farmers market here is the rub I’m not interested in a profit just enough to fund ongoing endeavors. How bad would it be to undercut the current prices at the market by as much as 1/2. Or do I just give away what I can and compost the rest?

i guess my question would be, would you rather people not come to your place? i say that because selling local instead of at a farmers market would be less overtly undercutting price wise.

ive got it. you could use the Sinaloa Cartel model. close group of vetted people who buy bulk from you with no drama, and can resell at public markets if they want.
