To any pleb that's having a hard time right now: choose not to think, it's a choice -- you'll feel peaceful whatever was weighing on your mind and *then* from that place **choose** to be happy. It's a subtle feeling of well being of everything-is-all-right and is **always** there because it is you. It seems like 2 steps, but really it's one and when things get really tough you'll simply drop into that sense of well-being. it's hard to explain, all i'll say is all that negativity is negative energy -- is energy, like coal -- and by peace-joy-arising you burn that coal (-ve energy) in the furnace of your life success.
