Don't remember which one, but heard him on a podcast last year, and really enjoyed it. Been meaning to get the book, but I'm already overrun with more than I can read so trying to cut that down before I buy more. I'm really a reading addict, which I guess isnt the worst addiction out there

That is a great addiction to have. And understandable you will get to it eventually. Worth the read. I been forming new habits of trying to read more. I started with 1-2 pages nightly. Now I'm on 3 weeks of reading 1-3 chapters before bed every night. Maybe one day I'll be on your level. Reading the book helped me shape a much healthier morning and nightly routine. The good habits have been sticking.

Gotta thank my mom for that. She had me reading by 4 and got me a full encyclopedia set around that time.

As for keeping a routine, that I can say undoubtedly makes a huge difference for the good. One good habit I do have. My bad ones are all mental. Im my own worst enemy sometimes.

Thats great. Yea thats something I plan on doing with my future kid teaching him to enjoy reading young. As part as being your biggest enemy I can relates sometimes. I am getting better with it though. Hope your battles improve as well.

Thank you appreciate that. And ditto to you.
