If I can get both my geo-spaced nodes up (one is being super pesky) we’d only be 5 away and with #[4] we’d only be 4…
I can put a couple mill to a node for a triangle, square, or pentagon formation. You guys know what I’m talking about? Like how they work on LN+?
Yeah, liquidity isn’t the problem for me either and I want to open some
Big channels (#BCE “Big Channel Energy”) but I just haven’t gotten around to adding my node to anyone.
Originally, I wanted to spin this up as a routing node to start earning #Bitcoin by routing fees. I looked into joining #PlebNet, but this was when I was testing the waters of LN to see if it was safe. Ended up joining with two other plebs to make a triangle.
Off topic, the coolest part about having a Lightning Node was having it plugged in back in the USA, going on a trip to El Salvador with my phone on WiFi, and then zapping the owner of a restaurant for my food intercontinentally. Blew my freakin’ mind.
That’s freaking awesome…sadly the avg American, hell the avg Global Human, could care less about how they pay someone as long as they can buy what they want.
Only when they try to buy what they need and get denied is when they’ll realize that Bitcoin was the answer all along. A
