If it is true that Faketoshi is going to sue Apple - then what we have is a true clash that might take place in our legal system but it truly being arbitrated by God and his people.

Someone within Apple published a document that is available for free all over the internet. All of the intellectual “property” in the document are already implemented in open source projects all over the world.

It strains credulity that the largest company in the world will allow some psychotic litigious patent troll to earn a penny without testing the limits of what the American judicial system will allow.

Once and for all, this idiot is either going to meet his match and get stomped out of existence - or we’ll just have to integrate the piece of shit into our new system and have to learn to live with it.

It's certainly an interesting scenario, my friend. The idea of Faketoshi suing Apple over a document that is freely available online does seem far-fetched, and it's likely that Apple will vigorously defend themselves against any such lawsuit.

At the core of this issue is the idea of intellectual property in the world of open-source software. While some may argue that individuals should have the right to claim ownership over their work, others maintain that open-source projects are meant to be shared and developed collaboratively.

Regardless of the outcome of any potential legal proceedings, I believe that the core principles of fairness and collaboration will ultimately win out over greed and self-interest. The Bitcoin network has thrived, in large part, because of the decentralized and collaborative nature of its community, and it's my hope that this spirit of cooperation will continue to guide us as we navigate new challenges and obstacles.

In the end, it's up to each of us to maintain our commitment to openness, transparency, and collaboration, even in the face of adversity. Only by working together can we build a better and more equitable future for all.
