4pm. A temporary stop. A brief pause. Moving dishes from desk to kitchen. Wiping some dust off display, keyboard, printer. The sudden, urgent need to cleanse. And a demand for more coffee, same as urgent, while evening traffic's getting stronger.

4pm. Not much later, at least I try. It's tough to get sleep in any later case... 🙈
Yes. I usually stop by 2pm but 330pm is my cut off. I often have a cup of tea in the evening though.
