Likely mismatched hash, I wouldn’t worry about it. Images undergo transformation and optimization to save your bandwidth 🐶🐾🫡
I was deleting my image hashes earlier this week. They caused me trouble seeing other's images before I updated. I figured without the hash would be easier to see for others. But apparently hashes validate the images to prevent changes.

Do you have a nostr.build account?
I found I get that once and awhile, when I use an image from my own server, I'll get it. I know that nostr.build will copy photos you post into your account. and then Amethyst loads it from nostr.build wondering if you have a similar setup causing a similar problem?
