Yeah right. Any state level minimum wage rate hikes i know of are probably less than that.

My annual raise was less than that, and I was a top performer. 😂

The only place getting a sizable baseline hike is Hawaii by like 14%, but its super unaffordable there. Everywhere else is sub 3%

I think i only got maybe a 10% raise over 3 years at the last job, probably less with union dues.

With a promotion in between, would be significantly less at the original pay rate.

Plot twist, everything cost 4.3% more 😆

Lets not forget 2022 was easily 8% inflation on average.

Now add inflation to it
