Eg, I want to upload a video post using Yakihonne (as at the moment their UI works better than a normal note on Primal), but I want to link to a video I have saved... Hope I'm making sense.

No you can't which I think defeats the purpose of the gallery tab. I didn't want a gallery tab to save other peoples images notes to a tab. It was suppose to be you upload to it. But someone didn't put two & two together.
I'm guessing it is something that is being worked on... Cheers 😃
