Tap water. The water quality where I live (Texas) has been extremely good. It even tastes good. Drank it most of my life.

I'm an old guy. Highly educated in extremely good health. In spite of having being through numerous experiences which kills a lot of people.

The only additional thing I would consider doing is using a temporary filter on my sink. Or maybe one of those filtering water pictures.

But as best I can tell it ain't broke. So I ain't gonna fix it..👍🙂
