Just taking some time to scroll through Japanese 🇯🇵 Nostr today... it’s been a while. IMO, the Japanese-speaking Nostr community is the best. I hope the Nostr network content as a whole grows to be more like Japan's Nostr community content over time. Surfing through Japanese content with a Nostr client that has good language detection and translation tools is a brilliant experience.

what client does have that? I usually use the browser's translation, but it's really a PITA selecting individual messages and getting them translated.
I do it with Kagi, but there are other options.
One is Yabu, as mentioned below.
The Amethyst app from the Google Play Store also offers translation capabilities. You don't need to install it from Google Play; you can download the appropriate APK from GitHub: https://github.com/vitorpamplona/amethyst/releases/ . Horrible translations, but very convenient.
For translating web content, Kagi Translate is quite good. It's not as convenient as a fully integrated solution, but the translations are among the most accurate you'll get from automated tools. You can access it here: https://translate.kagi.com/
Finally, you can use an AI agent to assist with translations. It's not perfect, but it's often good enough.

Amethyst Translation: "Apollo No. 11 was really not reaching the moon, so the Soviet Union is exposed to it."
Google circle to search translation: If Apollo 11 didn't actually reach the moon, the Soviet Union has already revealed it."
Kagi Translation: Inspired by 'If Apollo 11 had not actually reached the moon, the Soviet Union would have exposed it long ago.'

Go to yabu.me with the auto tts in japanese. It's quite fun even if you don't know Japanese. Now that is a browsing experience 🤣
