I have had some people tell me it is blocked by their ISP, other have had no issues

ISP block would be strange, it's served by a CDN which is unlikely to be blocked. If you get such reports again please send a screenshot of error or something. Thanks!

Will do. It was 2 or people right after I fired it up and then not after that.

Maybe it didn't propagate through CDN then. Don't see a DM yet

I think my relays might not be set right, I have had DM issues lately. Some seem to go, some not.
