It looks like the WoS beta and WoS app wallet are completely separate entities with different balances. The beta version is the one I have always used with nostr. Before that I used Zeus but it didn’t work well.

Send all the sats from the WoS you don’t use to the one you use. Then delete the one you don’t use. I remember it looked odd too

Primal has NWC, Coinos has it (they’ve been hacked twice). Or if you have a node at home connected through albyhub

Primal’s your best bet until you get access to the new WoS beta. But primal has NWC, WoS does not.

Yes
Primal/settings/wallet/ create new wallet connection. Follow the instructions then copy the NWC string.
Then in Damus/wallet you paste the NWC string in the bottom of the page, where it says paste
