Disk IO is a bottleneck. Have been spoiled with SSD’s. Salvaged an old HDD for a cheap computer to run a full node on. Needless to say, IBD is going to take a LONG time…

Just set and forget. It'll just do its thing without you paying attention to it for years after ibd anyway
