100 years ago, #gold was much more decentralized. A higher percentage of citizens held #gold. Over the past 100 years, institutions have convinced citizens that don’t need to own gold. Citizens have sold their gold and it has become more centralized. A handful of banks own majority of all gold above ground. The same thing will happen to #bitcoin. Institutions have a century time horizon, citizen don’t.
