The guy was very careful about finances back in the day, always advising against debt. Then he turned into a little debt because why not and in his lates iteration he is a full borrow, refi, die type of person.

Full fiat minded. It is sad because he is the one that started my finantial education path, I still recommend his "Rich dad" book to young people.
