Not easy to explain the difference, maybe less bitter than peanuts. As far as I know one of the best flavours of nut butters. Some people also dip some ripe bananas in it. Try it out :)

The white one is without this "skin", thats the reason it's tastes less bitter.

Dip dried figs into white almond butter. This was recommended by my son two weeks ago and is a delicious combination.
