Perfect acidity and texture, with a bold taiste and ideal shimmering oils
Portuguese espresso, tastes like caffeinated heaven.
Hawaii. Kona coast. Locally grown and roasted. Unbelievably perfect balance of acidity, toastiness, coffee flavour and earthiness.
This is the right answer. Kona coffee is amazing ☕️
Is there like a certain brand or something that they also sell? 🤔
I’m making a more broader statement about loving Kona coffee. But I bet what he had was the top of even that.
Oh man. And the really cool thing is it was all accidental. I had no idea coffee was grown from there or anything. I was on the Big Island and stopped at a local mom and pop style Cafe and got a French press or pour over and it was unbelievably good.
Then later I find out it's sneaky world renown goodness. Haha.
A little biased but we picked and processed some old abandoned Liberica (var. Excelsa) coffee recently and definitely was the best and freshest I've tested. Not for everyone though.
