In Bitcoin everyone is free to hodl, transact or do what they want with their Bitcoin.

Bitcoin has an incentive model for miners which obviously works, see the hashrate chart.

Bitcoi has an incentive for hodlers as store of value and for people using it as medium of exchange especially on Lightning Network. Zapping on Nostr is working great.
