I feel like there might be some hidden life philosophy in it.
Discussion
I think there is indeed. The design is a “Seed of Life” pattern but with 7 circles around the center instead of six. This of course hides the Heptagram and various 7-pointed stars. The interesting thing about 7 is that it is the only base number between 1-10 which does not divide the 360 degrees of the circle evenly. So the heptagram / 7-point star is always and by necessity mathematically oblong and imperfect. The ancient took this as reminder of the everpresent existence of deeper mysteries in creation and the truths and patterns in the universe that exist beyond what can ever be known.
