Not exactly. I have a friend that dated a smoker. She hated the smell of smoke but she spent so much time around him that she got used to it. Eventually the smell of cigarettes started to turn her on because it reminded her of him. The brain is very weird because it’ll unconsciously make associations with things like that. I remember in my early 20s I came across a lady that used the same perfume as my ex and it brought up all the old memories and put me in my feels haha

I can relate to this. The smells were reminding me for a while but over time my mind forgot about it. Not like I feel sad or mad about my past. But it's always healthy to move on.

Yeah eventually you habituate but it was just an example of how it can be more than just body odor lol
