I have a question on you @npub1za04drthlvxtwsq0phwc4mgh8rxhjafjkv2w7pf6ze5afka8gvaquadur. I work as a software engineer working with Ruby on rails (fe mostly with vanilla js / stimulus ) some 15year now give or take. The question is where to start, what to read if i want to code for project highly impacting bitcoin ecosystem? Not saying that i want to push commits to stratumv2 right away 😂 but someday I'd love to do so.
Discussion
It shoul be #[2]instead of npub string 😉
So I am not a dev, but here are some great resources I've came accross:
- bitcoindevphilosophy.com
- books: Mastering bitcoin and mastering lightning books, programming bitcoin
- Chaincase seminars https://chaincode.gitbook.io/seminars/
- https://learn.saylor.org/course/CS120
Hope this helps. But it's important to join a community, start with a bitcoin open-source project you like, it can be something simple, favorite wallet, and join community, try to learn by experimenting and being useufl, tackling good first issues on GitHub.
It's a learning curve, but it's really exciting.
Thank you, i have already read the mastering btc / ln books 😊 I'll try the courses and just jump into it 😂 have a nice rest of the day.
