I need to #asknostr about menβs #clothing on behalf of my dad:
He used to get just the right woven cotton collared shirts at Landβs End, but they (and apparently everyone else) have switched to synthetic blends.
Does anyone anywhere still sell collared menβs shirts that are 95-100% cotton?
Heβs also looking for cotton cargo pants that are made of decent (not flimsy) material.

Wrangler's "Riggs" line of cargo pants are my go-to. I used to wear the Duluth firehose pants, but I grew to hate the pockets on those. The Riggs pants hold up to abuse nearly as well, and I find them more comfortable and better designed. The front of the legs is actually two layers of fabric, so if you wear through the outer layer of the knees, they're still usable, albeit no longer suitable for formal affairs, coronations, royal weddings, and such.
In this vein, anyone know where to find menβs dress pants that are not flex? Everything seems to have moved that direction lately.
I don't know about shirts, but I like Columbia convertable pants. They're synthetic though. They're thin, but sturdy.
