What client are you using and have you heard of the wonderful world of #GrapheneOS
Currently Amethyst on Android. I've been seeing GrapheneOS pop up quite a few times but I'm sorta clueless.
A wonderful OS for mobile phones (currently only Pixels) that allows you to run a phone without Google having completely unfettered access to all of your information and data. Great for privacy and security and if due to your profession or life you still need Google its OK. Run a profile on the phone with google services, they are sandboxed and can only access what you allow them to
Oh cool. I am on a pixel, though it's getting pretty old and I have been meaning to get a new phone mainly because I'd like a nice camera for content creation. My pixel has been acting super weird the last few weeks too, so I have been on the verge of going and getting a new one. Was wondering if I should do an iPhone or pixel but this might be one more thing that has me go with pixel.
Maybe I should try the GrapheneOS here first.
How old is the pixel? If you're going for a new phone anyway then why not install it on the old phone. I had apple since the 3G model and I have no regrets switching over.
