The Russian point-of-view has now been released from the recent interception of a Ilyushin Il-38N “Dolphin” Maritime Patrol and Surveillance Aircraft with the Russian Navy, which was filmed last week flying low past the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) during a joint-naval exercise with Japan and South Korea in the East China Sea, being escorted by a U.S. Navy F/A-18F and F-35C.
