Has anyone created a P2P bitcoin lending app yet, where people like myself could lend money to friends & family where we lockup their BTC as collateral in a multisig, perhaps using DLCs?

Couple of friends/family asked me if they could sell some BTC, I told them they could take a loan on their BTC but they don’t want to pay 12% annual.

I’d be willing to do it at a lower rate, if it was all automated.
