Some people like Halloween, some people get their holly jollies from Christmas, but for me, it's flowering season. I don't know what it is about this time of year, but there's something about seeing the plants you've put a lot of time and effort into finally get around to bearing their fruit and expressing their uniqueness that is so fucking special to me.

This time next month, the plants are going to be so drastically different in terms of the way they look and smell too. Oh, I just get excited thinking about it.
My favorite time of year is a magical time I call holiday.
It starts with Halloween, goes through Thanksgiving, Christmas, new years, my birthday, Valentine's, st Patty's, 4/20, May the 4th be with you, Cinco de Mayo a.k.a. revenge of the 5th, into blockbuster movie summer, 4th of July, 8/8 lions portal,
Then it ends abruptly in the worst time of year.
September.
But it starts again in Halloween!
