Because it was a reference implementation for NIP-99, at the time I wanted it to be specific but there's nothing stopping you from posting a job for anything there.

And NIP-99 is "classified ads" so it's more generic than just job postings.

I'm actually starting work on a new client that will go way further on the job board specifics and generally on the social for work category. 😬
