People in white suburbs might see black people who seriously want to learn come to their school

These black people might behave better than most other black people

These white people might grow up & be taught about slavery & Jim Crow & so hold little or no racism against black people

Then other people call them racist because there are so few black people in their suburbs

White people in more mixed neighborhoods who see the crime might not have their city called racist when it is more racist
