After the inclusion of Iran and Ethiopia, and with dictatorships like Nicaragua, Cuba, Venezuela, and even Syria announcing plans to join, BRICS is solidifying as a bloc of anti-Western dictatorships. it's been 16 years since the founding of BRICS. The west had at least 20 years to come to the table but alas, they continued their bullshit, and the global South countries are just excluding them from trading with them.
They'll use language like dictators, terrorists, communists, socialists etc. to paint countries with resources as bad or having bad leadership and needing to be liberated.
Literally look at the countries he's listed, and look at the history of meddling in these places.
Maduro opposes their imperialist efforts to try take Venezuelan oil. Plenty of US companies, and Europe companies bidding for slots and plots. They've even tried to have regional border wars in the region to destablise it.
Same thing happened here in Mozambique when they discovered huge gas deposits. All of a sudden "terrorists" appeared to "destablise" the region.
