Good morning dude - I might have to try that - my morning starts with a long black (Americano) with a big slab of butter placed first in the pre heated cup. It really makes a delicious crema.🤙

Do you add the egg yolk before the coffee pour or after?

so it's a whole thing. I whIP the yolk with a heaping teaspoon of coconut sugar in a bowl. then I pour the coffee in there and use the whisk to mix it all up then pour into a cup. i've found great benefit from the yolks so im happy to do these extra steps.
