Having two accounts was not uncommon around that time of Christmas... So both might belong to him.

Even Gigi buried his first account during those days as the risk of private Key leaks by bad nostr clients was rather high.

I made a second Account in February too. Wanted get a vanity key 😜

I did forget about the web clients exploit thing. I remember a lot of people making new keys. And then of course the vanities.. Still regret not doing that early.
