What is the best way to upload it on Nostr so that a specialized client can easily find it and play it?
Also, how do we handle splits for collective work? Any clients or relays/CDNs interested in providing free services in exchange of split %? Are there advertisement funded relays/clients?
What do I do with the music videos? Do we get data like views and so on?

Like all other media you either trust a host or you are one. The relays just route your note link to your media server. As far as a client exclusively for video/audio, most are focused of communication or streaming. Zap.Stream is a streaming client that you could use to play your music for an audience. Zap splits are dependant on the client.
I use https://musicsideproject.com to help with RSS feeds and splits. You still need a place to host it (i use linode with wordpress) but they have good tutorials. Good luck!
Wavlake allows you to upload without needing a host. You can set up splits there too. Not sure about videos
Flare.pub for music videos.
Fanfares.io for podccasting (mp3 supports etc)
You can host yoyr files on cdn.satellite.earth (small sat fee per GB/month) and post the links in nostr notes or elsewhere.
