There needs to be a steep drop for capitulation. We are more in the distribution phase.
Could be, I’d argue being down 80% from ath is pretty steep, but it could always get steeper

Last two times we were down in 88% and 86% this time only 76%. Capitulation still pending. A steep scary drop is necessary
