I lived in West Africa for years and I wish mesh networking tech was add where itās at now. I only had a dumb phone when I lived there and even with that it was sometimes hard to get a signal and also it was expensive to send text messages.

I got a signal using Meshtastic in El Salvador and coordinated a taxi ride with someone in a hotel that was pretty far away.
