Yeah I get the same issue when using Orbot "VPN mode" and wirrguard simultaneously. Seems like an android limitation.
If the app supports orbot by itself (Molly, SimpleX, amethyst) the issue is gone.
That's a good idea - Tracker Control should support Orbot
